Ensure the items are in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we'll process your refund or exchange promptly.

For orders within Canada, shipping usually takes 5-7 business days. International shipping times can vary depending on the destination.

As of August 29, 2025, we no longer ship to the USA due to high tariffs and new regulations. The cost of duties and customs would be too high for our customers, making it impractical to ship small packages.
